Finstep Solutions provides loan assistance and facilitation services. Loan approval, eligibility, interest rates, charges, terms and disbursement are determined by the relevant lender.

We cannot approve a loan, guarantee an approval, promise an interest rate or commit to a timeline. Anyone who tells you otherwise about any broker or consultancy is describing something that does not exist.

Lender decisions

Every lending decision belongs to the lender. Approval, the amount sanctioned, the interest rate, the fees, the tenure and the disbursement schedule are set by them, according to their policies and their assessment of the applicant and the property.

A lender may decline an application for reasons they are not obliged to disclose, and may change their criteria at any time.

This is not the official website of any bank or financial institution, and Finstep Solutions does not claim to be an authorised or official partner of any lender unless expressly stated with the lender's permission. Lender names are used descriptively to indicate the institutions we can help you approach.

Where we describe a property, a project or a locality, that description is general and compiled from publicly available sources. We are not the developer, the seller or an appointed agent.

Always verify approvals, RERA registration, title and pricing independently before making any commitment.

Fees

Any applicable charges, if any, will be disclosed to you before the relevant service is undertaken.

Fraud warning

We never ask for your Aadhaar number, PAN, bank account details, card details, passwords, PINs or OTPs through this website.

We do not ask for payment in exchange for a guaranteed approval, because no such guarantee exists. If you receive such a request from someone claiming to represent us, do not act on it and contact us directly on the number published on this site.

Relationships we hold

We work with Bank of Baroda and State Bank of India, among others. Where an individual associated with the business holds a direct sourcing relationship with a lender, that relationship is stated on the relevant page and attributed to the individual who holds it.
