Finstep Solutions provides loan assistance and facilitation services. Loan approval, eligibility, interest rates, charges, terms and disbursement are determined by the relevant lender.

We are not a bank, a non-banking financial company or a lender of any kind. We do not sanction loans, we do not disburse funds and we cannot approve or guarantee any application.

Whether a loan is approved, on what terms, at what interest rate and with what charges is decided entirely by the lender, based on their own criteria and their own assessment of you and, where relevant, the property.
